Hey Mr. Wilkens,
So on the day you came, I was in the second assembly…I don't know if you remember me, but I was the kid who asked you about your kids? Yeah that was me. :]
To be honest, though, I remember walking into the A-wing cafeteria and having rather low expectations about what I was about to hear. I actually anticipated something run-of-the-mill, saccharine…well, fake. I was glad to be surprised at how honest your presentation was. It was really refreshing to have a guest speaker that is so naturally passionate about what they do.
Really, it was very inspiring, and I left feeling motivated to do something.
